Meet Our Team!
Our Management Team is here to serve!
Mike and Rose Mary Coffey started 2014 off just right by joining the CCV family as Assistant Managers. Both Mike and Rose Mary love the out of doors,
and are avid campers. Rose Mary likes to do almost any handwork including
knitting, crocheting and sewing. Mike loves to fish, hunt and woodwork
when he has the chance.
Stacy is our Activity Director. She will be the first to tell you that she has the best job in town! Stacy organizes all the games, parties and resident functions and doubles as a backup bus driver (With a legitimate CDL!). She joined the team in December of 2010 and spends eight hours a day 'playing'. Stacy's mission is to keep you up and moving-so you may want to look into a DVR to keep up with all those Daytime Court TV Shows!
Sharon is the matriarch of the CCV family. Sharon began her journey with CCV in November of 1986. She works in our office-she is the voice you hear on the phone and the smile you see when you walk in the door. She knows each and every resident-and most of their families! Sharon is a valuable member of our family and we just know you will love her, too!
Ken is the anchor of our amazing Maintenance Team. He has been a part of our family since May of 2009. He can fix anything from an air conditioner to a table leg. Without him, our world would (quite literally!) fall apart. We love him dearly and we know you will, too!
And then, there's "this guy". This is Dennis. He also joined our family in 2010. He is an amazing handyman and can work wonders! You will absolutely adore him!
Ronnie joined the CCV team in 2011. Trust us when we say that if you can break it, Ronnie can fix it!
Chef William is the Head Chef in our wonderful kitchen! He joined the CCV team in June of 2005 as the Sous Chef and worked his way into the position of Executive Chef. We are so proud to have Chef William in our family!
Joseph is our Sous Chef. He has been with us since May of 2010. He has a great sense of humor and is always the first to volunteer to wear some kind of outrageous outfit to match whatever event might be going on. A true "Ladies Man"-you will adore him!
Meet Chef Richard! Richard is usually around for lunch and then cooks us up a wonderful dinner. He has a fabulous personality. His hidden talent? Music! With the proper bribery (chocolate works best!) he will play piano or sing. Come to think of it, Richard is a Ladies Man, too! Are we seeing a pattern here?
Margie is one of the strongest women in our family-that's probably because she's the woman who has to keep all the MEN in the kitchen in line! Margie specializes in deserts. As our Pastry Chef, she is always surprising us with something wonderfully delicious.
Willard has been a part of the CCV Team since the summer of 2004. He keeps the dining room clean and if you need a ride in a golf cart, Willard is your man!
Tricia is one of the most valuable members of the CCV team. She has been with us for almost 2 decades! Tricia is our Head Server. She knows everyone and everyone knows her! We could go on and on about how wonderful Tricia is, but you really should meet her to fully appreciate what a wonderful, kind, amazing person that she truly is. We all adore Tricia and could not possibly be more proud to have her!
Mary Jo is one of the strongest roots in our little Family Tree. She works in both Housekeeping and Serving during meals. She has been a primary fixture at CCV since 2006. Everyone adores Mary Jo! When she isn't working? Mary Jo is our traveler! She is always off on some adventure to another state. Be sure to get her alone and ask her about her travels!
Geri joined the family at CCV in the summer of 2011. She is one of our wonderful housekeepers. Recently, Geri has been working with the residents in the cottages. You will often see her flying around in the golf cart going to this cottage or that one. She is a fabulous member of our family and has fit right in!
Evelyn joined our family in September of 2011. She is one of the most kindhearted, loving people we know. She is a fabulous houskeeper and a wonderful person!
